Are you Transgender or Gender-Nonconforming? Are you Low-Income or a Person of Color? 

We offer drop-in legal services to community members who would like assistance with public benefits or discrimination at HRA, name changes, changing name and gender on ID documents, immigration issues, or discrimination in shelters or foster care. We also advocate for people who are incarcerated to be able to express their gender identity, and can offer support to people who are experiencing problems with the criminal justice system (but not direct representation).

If you would like help with any of these issues, or have another legal question, please stop by! We recommend that you call ahead of time to confirm that drop-in hours are happening, and to help us point you in the right direction if we are not able to help you ourselves.
