 n Thursday at the day long institute Advancing Trans Rights\, Strategies a
 nd Tactics for Success.\n\nCome join movement leaders with a wide range of
  experiences to help guide your efforts to secure transgender\nrights wher
 ever you are. Trainers will provide overviews of how to build a strong and
  diverse team of trans people\nand allies\, how to plan a campaign to get 
 more rights\, how to deal with conflict and interpersonal challenges\,\nan
 d how to avoid many of the pitfalls we have fallen into ourselves! Excitin
 gly\, we will learn about what attendees\nare working on already\, or want
  to work on in the future\, and many of these ideas will be “workshopped
 ” in small\nteams – where the team helps develop or enhance the plan/s
 trategies/tactics that you are using or plan to use to make your effort a 
 complete success!
