  excited to promote and create space for trans women\, queers\, qpoc and a
 ll who are part of our community as well as our allies.\n\nALSO\, we're ho

 O:\nHelp us bring the legendary Stonewall veteran\, Miss Major to New York
  so we can name a\nbuilding in her honor!\n\nIn 2010\, the Sylvia Rivera L
 aw Project\, Audre Lorde Project\, FIERCE\, and Queers for Economic Justic
 e moved to a shared building at 147 W. 24th street\, Manhattan\, where we 
 were later joined by Streetwise and Safe – a project by and for youth of
  color in New York City. We came together because we recognized the need t
 o expand our ability to provide crucial resources to queer and trans peopl
 e of color and low-income people in New York City.\n\nPlease help us raise
  enough funds to bring Miss Major and her personal care assistant from San
  Francisco to New York. We absolutely cannot imagine hosting this ceremony
  without this Stonewall Veteran\, our namesake present in person. This is 
 a rare opportunity to not only honor Miss Major’s legacy\, but also to c
 elebrate the radical work of these organizations.\n\nhttp://srlp.org/about
