Heidi Howard was born, raised and currently lives in Queens, New York. She received her MFA from Columbia University in 2014. She has participated in solo and group exhibitions including “Intimisms” coorganized by Aliza Nisenbaum at James Cohan Gallery, “New Work New York” curated by Kat Griefen at 695 Grand Street, “United Against Speculation” curated by Rirkrit Tiravanija and Tomas Vu at The Leroy Neiman Gallery, “The Beauty of Friends Coming Together” curated by Phong Bui at Industry Cities and “For Her Love” curated by Erika Petterson at Arts East New York Inc.. Her work has been reviewed in the Brooklyn Rail, Art F City and on artcritical.com and onverge.com. Howard is represented by Nancy Margolis Gallery in New York City.
