Jonah Groeneboer is an interdisciplinary artist working in sculpture, installation, drawing, video and photo. His work has been exhibited at Art in General (2016), the Queens Museum (2016), MoMA PS1, Long Island City, NY (2015),  CCS Bard Hessel Museum of Art (2015), Contemporary Art Museum Houston, Houston, TX (2015), Platform Centre for Photographic and Digital Arts in Winnipeg(2015), Andrew Edlin Gallery, New York, NY (2013), Shoshawna Wayne Gallery, Santa Monica, CA (2010), and Exile, Berlin, Germany(2010), among others. His work has been written about in the New York Times, the New Yorker, Art 21.com and Art Journal. He has been an artist in residence at Ox-Bow School of Art, the Fire Island Artist Residency, and Recess’s Session program in New York City. Jonah Groeneboer studied at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada, received a BFA in Intermedia at Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland, OR in 2005, and an MFA in Studio Art at New York University, New York, NY in 2007.
